Located in the new building of the Conti residence, the 54 contemporary suites offer a different way to experience the place: freer, more flexible, more connected to today's life. Designed for couples, families, or long-stay travelers, these suites combine current design, functionality, and a warm atmosphere. Comfort is immediate, smooth, and soothing. The luxury lies in space, light, and privacy.

Bright and flexible apartments

The residence offers a variety of layouts, from studios to 2 or 3-room apartments, featuring:

• Large windows facing south, north, or east,
• Private terraces with garden, sea, or city views,
• Optimized layouts for short or long stays,
• Enhanced sound insulation and natural ventilation,
• Flexibility to interconnect several accommodation units depending on your needs.

An F4-type apartment is also available.

Some accommodations are interconnecting to welcome large families or groups of friends, others are fully accessible for persons with reduced mobility (PRM).

Interior design & custom equipment

Each suite offers an interior universe inspired by the Mediterranean “Urban Resort” style:

• Light wood furniture, natural materials, recycled fiber textiles,
