The Secret Garden

Nestled in the heart of the château's ornamental garden, The Secret Garden is an open-air restaurant operating from April to October. Inspired by summer tea houses, it offers an atmosphere of absolute relaxation amidst greenery, fountains, and floral scents. Two platforms welcome guests: a main refined one connected to the château, and another adjacent to the pool with a more casual ambiance.

The cuisine celebrates the richness of Corsican terroir and Mediterranean conviviality. Artisanal charcuterie, fresh fish, farm cheeses, maquis herbs, seasonal vegetables... come together in an evolving and generous menu, ranging from contemporary gastronomy to comforting dishes. Brunches, banquets, and tastings are also organized depending on the season and events.

Hours

• Lunch service: 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM (Tuesday to Sunday)

• Dinner service: 7:30 PM – 10:30 PM (daily)

Access Conditions

Reserved for hotel residents. External access upon presentation of a membership card only.

Privatization

The space can be privatized for weddings, professional events, cooking classes, or artistic garden parties.
